Auckland Domain Park

The Auckland Domain is Auckland's oldest park and at 75 hectares. It is one of the largest park and most popular picnic spot(specially during summers) for Aucklanders within the city limits. Auckland Domain is located in the central suburb of Grafton just 15 mins away from 
Auckland CBD 
The most of the park lies within the crater of Pukekawa volcano.
The Auckland Museum the main tourist attraction is located on the Auckland Domain sits predominantly on the crater rim. 
  Duck Ponds with the beautiful fountain in the centre lie on the north edge of the cone.
